Nach einem ausgezeichneten ersten Wochenende mit RES.EUROPEAN CHAMP. HALTER YEARLING STALLIONS und RES.EUROPEAN CHAMP. AMATEUR HALTER 2 & under (als einziger Jährling under den Zweijährigen!) waren wir leider etwas vom Pech verfolgt. |

HC IMA GOOD HOT ONE, der die ganze Saison so gut gelaufen ist, hat sich wahrscheinlich
beim Herumtoben verletzt und fiel daher aus. Johanna hat sich ebenfalls bei einem Sturz kurz
vor der Junior Western Pleasure am Dienstag verletzt und eritt trotz gebrochenem Arm einen 3.
und einen 10. Platz aus einem hochkarätigen, 28-köpfigen Starterfeld.

Nachdem wir alle (einschließlich unserer Pferde) schon „a bisserl“ „show-müde“ waren,
nach dieser spannenden und erfolgreichen Saison wohl kein Wunder, wurden unglaubliche Leistungen vollbracht!
Weiters hat Günter bis vor diesem Turnier den AQHA Pleasure Cup 2008 mit 6 Punkten Vorsprung angeführt.
Rene Brieger war ihm dicht auf den Fersen, da er über das ganze Jahr mit SHESA KC LEAGUER,
die von Johanna gezüchtet wurde, super Leistungen vollbracht hat!

Vom 10. bis 19. Oktober 2008 wurde in der Aachener Soers die Q8 ausgetragen - ein Pflichttermin für Westernreiter.
Die Hauptschau der Deutschen Quarter Horse Association bot wie gewohnt Westernreitsport auf hohem Niveau.

3. Platz PLEASURE CELEBRATION 2008 Einen richtig großen Auftritt hatten die Teilnehmer der Pleasure Celebration 2008 in Kreuth. Die Zuschauertribünen waren bestens gefüllt und sparten auch nicht mit Applaus. 12 American Quarter Horses und ein Appaloosa stellten sich den internationalen Richtern. Champion wurde GOLD STYLED VP (von Vested Pine ) unter Ruggero Prevedel (ITA). Besitzerin ist Karin Prevedel, die mit GREY ASSET (von Blaze Em On) auch noch Platz 2 errang. Dritte wurde SEND MY CHEX (von Zippo Pine Chex) unter Johanna Grabner (AUT), Besitzer Ing. Günter Pöck. |
